We pride ourselves on using locally sourced produce, which is then freshly cooked. Our knowledge of meat production, from farm to plate, along with the many different meat cuts and breeds is second to none. We buy our meat from Owen Taylor and Sons, a family relation, meaning full traceability is assured and it is all red tractor approved
Dietary requirements are taken very seriously. For example, we have lots of gluten free recipes. Dairy free? No problem - have you ever tried a pavlova made with aquafaba? And our vegan hand raised squash, spinach and tofu pie with an olive oil pastry is very tasty.
